Espen leads RocketFin with over two decades of experience in financial technology. He has played a pivotal role in building some of the industry's most advanced single dealer platforms, including Morgan Stanley Matrix, HSBC Evolve, UBS Neo, and JP Morgan eXecute. A qualified solicitor with a background in corporate and technology law, Espen brings a rare blend of legal, regulatory, and technical expertise. His leadership is grounded in deep market insight and a passion for building scalable, compliant trading & risk solutions.

Tim heads RocketFin’s U.S. operations, leveraging over 20 years of experience in capital markets. Formerly Head of Fixed Income and FX Trading at RBC, he brings deep expertise in trading strategy, risk management, and market structure. Tim is focused on expanding RocketFin’s footprint in North America, delivering high-performance platforms tailored to the needs of institutional clients.
Nigel brings 25+ years of operational leadership across banking, insurance, and market infrastructure. At RocketFin, he drives operational excellence and resilience strategy, drawing on his experience advising top-tier institutions and leading systemic risk simulations with UK Finance. Nigel is known for his ability to navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and deliver robust, scalable frameworks that support mission-critical financial systems.
Andy brings 30 years of user-centred design experience, with over 25 years focused on digital UX for financial services. At RocketFin, he leads the global design strategy, helping clients discover, define, and deliver intuitive digital products. Andy has worked with top-tier banks, regulators, and fintechs to improve workflows, reduce risk, and enhance user satisfaction. He champions a “follow-the-sun” UX model across global hubs and drives innovation through design leadership, mentoring, and process optimisation.
Bruno is a versatile full stack developer with over a decade of experience across industries and continents. Since joining RocketFin in 2022, he has delivered backend messaging systems for core banking, built risk dashboards in Power BI, and enhanced interoperability for LSEG platforms. His tech stack spans .NET, Angular, React, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and OpenFin. Bruno is known for his adaptability, technical depth, and ability to deliver robust solutions in fast-paced environments.
Lawrence leads sales and strategic partnerships at RocketFin, with a 30-year track record across investment banking, exchanges, and fintech. He has held senior roles at Barclays Capital, SEB, and CME Group, and played a key role in scaling Archax, a regulated digital securities exchange. Fluent in Spanish and conversational in Italian, Lawrence brings a global perspective and a sharp commercial edge to RocketFin’s growth strategy.
Satinder is a seasoned delivery leader with extensive experience in managing complex technology programmes across financial services. At RocketFin, he oversees strategic client engagements, ensuring seamless execution from discovery to delivery. Satinder is known for his structured approach, stakeholder alignment, and ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.
Albert leads technical strategy at RocketFin, bringing a lifelong passion for software development and a deep background in scalable, cloud-first architecture. With a BA (Hons) in Software Development, he has led the design and delivery of modern enterprise systems across the financial services sector. At RocketFin, Albert has built data pipelines, OpenFin-powered applications, and Power BI dashboards for major banks and FMIs. He is currently driving FDC3 interoperability across legacy and modern platforms, helping client’s future-proof their financial technology ecosystems.
Mark oversees delivery for RocketFin’s trading platform clients, managing a cross-functional team of developers, DevOps, and UX specialists. With a background in AI and advanced computer science, he has led complex implementations across finance and commodities. Mark is hands-on with modern tech stacks including React, .NET, AWS, and OpenFin, and is known for his ability to bridge technical depth with client-facing agility.
